This is a budget hotel in a semi urban area. The rooms were just right size not too big or not too small. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Have a lift, this was unexpected for such a small hotel. The front staff was very helpfull.

Location, nearby to many food joints and also a mall. Facilities are mostly good - cold and hot water dispensers, cloth iron available on the doorway.

My room is super clean, and the cleaning staff is always around. They are really good mannered and they provide us the help we needed. I booked the Deluxe Triple Room and the size was nice, i guess compared to other rooms

Good location for guest with own transport. Everywhere is managed by a short drive, malls and cafe's and restaurants

Good and nice place to stay. Good hospitality, clean room except the sound from outside a bit noisy.

Location is good as IOI mall is diagonally across the hotel. Aeon is also a short drive away. Room is clean; generally the hotel feels clean. Parking is free just outside the hotel.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel quite clean and had most of the things that we needed, especially the water dispenser which surprised us. Just one thing, it would be greatly appreciated if a proper set of toiletries could be provided. Thank you.
